Return / Exchange

No merchandise may be returned to gstamp.com without prior authorization from customer service.
A 20% restocking fee will be billed to your credit card, if an item is returned for reasons other than damage or defect.
Shipping damages, shortages, and discrepancies must be claimed with 3 days from the receipt of your merchandise. Any claims made after this period will NOT be honored.
Items returned should be sent via U.P.S only. Shipping charges cannot be refunded if an item is returned for reasons other than damage or defect.
Return authorizations are valid for thirty (30) days only.
Credits to your account will be issued once we recieve the item(s), less the 20% restocking fee (if applicable).
Backorders
If you order a product which is expected to be out-of-stock for more than two days, we will contact you via e-mail or phone to alert you of the delay and the expected ship date. You will have the option to:
a. Hold the entire order until all products are in stock
b. Substitute a different product for the out-of-stock product
c. Split the order
If you split the order, all in-stock products will be sent immediately, and the remaining out-of-stock product(s) will be sent as soon as they arrive, without additional shipping charges.

Damaged
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, please email info@golfstamp.com.au

Order Status
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Our standard shipping method is Australia Post, which normally takes between 2 to 5 business days to arrive. If you feel your order is taking longer than normal to arrive, please email info@golfstamp.com.au to check the status of your order.
